PAT-ORU: operational source-authorization review reliance use receipt
An append-only commitment-only record binding one already-completed bounded local validator result to one exact PAT-ORD, PAT-ORP, PAT-OAR, and PAT-OAI chain. Its identifier matches PAT-ORU-[A-Z0-9-]{8,96}. It stores hashes, timestamps, process class, release metadata, output media class, size, and reproducibility state—not raw input, raw output, commands, URLs, credentials, private identities, or topology. A PAT-ORU receipt is not a command receipt, source enablement, observation, deployment proof, certification, legal effect, authority transfer, or action execution.
