PAT-ORF: operational source-authorization review reliance fresh completed-process linkage
An append-only protected linkage proving only that one exact PAT-ORV fresh-use requirement was satisfied by one exact newer PAT-ORU receipt and VALID PAT-ORI inspection with matching purpose, service scope, source class, operator role, policy, decision, process, release, configuration, input, output, and timing commitments. PAT-ORF never starts, reruns, schedules, supervises, or certifies the represented process. Fresh linkage is not process execution.
